Everyone has his or her own habits. Certain habits are beneficial while some are ones that you should discard.
For me, I get up early every day and avoid staying up late, which makes me energetic and vigorous the whole day. I usually walk to school instead of going by bike so as to exercise as well as promoting low carbon life. I always say hello to teachers and classmates to be polite and win popularity among students, thus making myself a good student. Also, I make efforts to study well in order not to let myself and parents down.
However, some people around us have very bad habits. They play all day as a result of disliking studies. They say nasty words, smoke, spit and have a bad influence on other people. In my opinion, they are the ones that we should contempt.
In conclusion, we should try our best to form good habits and lead a healthy, happy, meaningful life!
