How to keep healthy?
With the development of the world, the living level is higher and higher. So,peple’s health problem is more and more serious.Now,we shold keep healthy.
First,we should keep a balanced diet.For example,we can eat enough vegatable which contain rich vitamin.But,proper meat is needed .We also must avoid fricd or tasted food.
Second,we must do regular exercise to keep the healthy good.
Last,I think what the most important thing is keep good mood,renew our spirits and release our stress.We should have a good attitude towards life and enjoy our beautiful life.
