    As we know,good health is more important than wealth.Food gives us energy.so we must have enough food to keep healthy.Of course,we must also have the right kinds of food.We should eat more fruit and vegetables and less meat.A glass of milk and an egg a day can help make us strong.Different foods help us in different ways.But if we eat too little or too much,or if we choose the wrong food,we may become sick.It’s necessary for us to have healthy eating habits.

    俗话说:“民以食为天。”当今社会上,许多饭店拔地而起,各种菜系蜂拥而来,中有闽菜、川菜、粤菜、鲁菜……外有意大利菜、法国菜、日本料理、韩国菜等等。我们都知道,健康是做任何事的本钱,健康又是与食物紧紧相连的。今天,我们就来看看餐桌上的食物吧。
    食物分为许多种,有蔬果类、豆类、肉类、谷类、奶制品类、脂肪类等。这几类组合成了一个食物金字塔,处处影响着我们的健康。所以,在用餐时要做到合理搭配,多蔬菜、水果,少肉类、脂肪类。谷物类为主食,可适当增加豆类、奶制品类,并且要记住,吃饭只吃八分饱,不可挑食厌食,也不可暴饮暴食,吃干净食物最为重要。
