i have a healthy lifestyle and eating habits, i have at least
– 7-8 vegetables and fruit
– 6-7 grain products
– 2 milk and alternatives
– 2 meat and alternatives
– 30 – 45 mL (2 to 3 Tbsp) of unsaturated oils and fats (is per day for each of them)
and i do work out (exercise) at least 1-2hour per day

As we all konw,we are what we eat.Therefore,it’s very important for us to form healthy eating habits.
Part of the students have an unregular eating habit.Never did they eat breakfast everyday.They referred to snack and often ate too much. What is most important was that they were particular about food.All above are eating habits that will do bad for our body.
We must accustom ourselves to healthy eating habits.Eating must be varied. Not until the right time can we have meals and the quantity must be suitable.
The healty eating habits,I think, is very important to everybody. To some extent,the healty body are all owing to the healty eating habits.
Consequently,give up your unregular eating habits and try to form the healthy eating habits!
